Async JavaScript

Opis

Eliminate Render-blocking Javascript in above-the-fold content with Async Javascript.

Render-blocking Javascript prevents above-the-fold content on your page from being rendered until the javascript has finished loading. This can impact on your page speed and ultimately your ranking within search engines. It can also impact your user’s experience.

Async JavaScript gives you full control of which scripts to add an ‚async’ or ‚defer’ attribute to or to exclude to help increase the performance of your WordPress website.

Instalacja

Installation is very straightforward:

  1. Upload the zip-file and unzip it in the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Aktywuj wtyczkę w WordPressie w menu ‚Wtyczki”
  3. Go to Settings > Async JavaScript menu to load settings page

FAQ

This is amazing. I've tried many other similar plug-ins and the way this guides you through and ends up in improving the speed is perfect. You must be careful and be very aware of what you're doing - double-check everything etc. - but once you're done with the settings it improves things in a way I did not believe it would be possible before installing it (at least not without changing code myself and doing crazy stuff that I'm not familiar with). Thanks guys!

I like very much the wizard simualator! Really important and useful feature. However all 4 simulations displayed very little change in page speed (64%-73%) / no change in YSlow , and strangely added 10-12 seconds in Fully loaded time - from 8.3 pre-plugin to 20 on the simulator. Is the simulator realistic? WHy would full load time increase by more than 100% with the plugin? Thank you

Wonderful support from Frank, for a not so technical person, which quickly solved my issues concerning this plugin with my Avada/Wordpress combination. Very friendly, to the point support, which helped instantly. Thank you very much!
