This plguin allow you to show a registration form for a specific page,
It is really simple just add [registration_form] shortcut to content of a page.

How to install and config for this plugin.
- Upload
registration-page-shortcut.phpto the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Create a page that you want to display registration form.
- Add shotcut [registration_form] to this page content
- Add menu for this page, take a look and enjoy your registration page.
