This plugin connects to the KokobeoChat service (chat.kokobeo.com) to load the live chat widget and enable real-time communication between website visitors and operators.
Jakie dane są wysyłane i kiedy:
When a page containing the widget is loaded, the visitor browser connects to https://chat.kokobeo.com to load the widget script and establish a WebSocket connection for real-time chat. If the visitor sends a message, the message content is transmitted to KokobeoChat servers to be delivered to operators and (optionally) processed by the AI Brain for automatic replies.
The plugin also transmits the following information to chat.kokobeo.com:
* The website URL where the widget is loaded (for routing)
* The API key configured in WordPress Settings (for authentication)
* Visitor browser language (for automatic language detection)
* Messages written by the visitor in the chat
If a visitor opens the WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram or Email channel from the widget (Pro & Business plans only), their browser will connect to the respective third-party service (wa.me, m.me, ig.me or their email provider) to open the conversation. No data is transmitted by the plugin to those services beyond the visitor clicking the link.

Visitors click the chat bubble and see a clean menu with Live Chat, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and Email. They pick their favorite channel and land in the conversation instantly — with your pre-filled welcome message on WhatsApp and Email. Only channels you enable are shown. For Email, visitors can choose between Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Apple Mail, ProtonMail or their default email app.
