Instalacja

Upload the humans-only directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Navigate to 'Settings’ -> 'Humans Only Settings’ to enter your reCAPTCHA keys and enable/disable allow spiders.
