Pasek menu nad nagłówkiem

Witam 🙂 Bawie się troszkę na szablonie https://wordpress.org/themes/polaroids
dodałam już sobie logo do (header.php) a teraz marzy mi się taki pasek nad Nagłówkiem najlepiej w jakims kolorze na którym dodam sobie małe MENU – O nas i Kontakt …moje całe menu natomiast miesci się w stopce
(footer.php)
