Jak usunąć/zmienić nazwę strony głównej w nagłówku

    Witam! Na wstępie powiem, że siedzę nad tym problemem 2 dzień i dostaję szewskiej pasji, ponieważ identyczny niemal temat jest już na forum z tym, że zawarte tam informacje nie naprawiają mojego problemu.

    Korzystam z motywu Modularity Lite 1.3 i tam w prawym górnym rogu w nagłówku jest napis „Strona główna”. Chciałbym zmienić jej nazwę lub usunąć ją i w to miejsce wstawić własną stronę na której będę umieszczał wpisy. Wyczytałem, że prawdopodobnie muszę usunąć jakąś linijkę z header.php jednak nie znam się na tym za bardzo i nie wiem która to może być linijka. Zamieszczam zawartość tego pliku:
