Issue with „Buy Now” button translation in Prophet theme – support ThemeR

Hello,
I’m using the Prophet premium theme by Ancora and have been struggling with an unresolved issue that ThemeREX Support has not been able to help with.
Specifically, the „Buy Now” button is not translating into Polish, even though the entire site is intended to be in Polish.

I have already taken all the standard steps:

• edited translations via Loco Translate,
• modified the .POT file,
• website is globaly set in Polish

Unfortunately, none of these methods worked – the button remains in English.
Support has stated that they are having „some issue accessing the mailbox”, which does nothing to address or resolve the problem.

I am kindly asking for real support or clear instructions on how to successfully translate this button.
The website must be fully consistent in Polish and ready for use – currently, the untranslated core e-commerce element looks unprofessional.
