Adding shortcode to the page doesn’t work

Hello.

I am working on creating a donation page in wordpress and found the plugin – Donation Platform for WooCommerce: Fundraising & Donation Management that generated a shortcode to me that I need to add to the page. When I tried to add shortcode with Elementor I got an error – this shortcode doesn’t support AJAX code. So I tried to add this shortcode without elementor. Just edit the page. But when I do – edit -> plus -> shortcode I get error – The editor encountered an unexpected error.. When my teammates try to add shortcode they don’t get error but they can’t either add shortcode. Can anyone please help with this?
