Within the admin side users can view the feedback and export to excel. Currently it is localised for use in the UK. Any feedback or suggestions are welcome. ### Options You can specify options in your short code: Amount of stars amount=”value” Maximum is 10 example. [feedback_form amount=”4″] Type of icon type=”value” Specify image or leave blank for icon example. [feedback_form type=”image”] Other icons icon=”value” If you don’t want to use a star. Available icons: star thumbs smile heart circle example. [feedback_form icon=”thumbs”] Color color=”value” color_on=”value” For icon only example. [feedback_form color=”black” coloron=”yellow”] or hex value [feedback_form color=”#000000″ coloron=”#ffff00″ ] Single colors colors=”value” Individual colors. Seperated each color by commas. Stars within admin screen does not know the setting in the shortcode therefore we can’t display e.g 3 / 5. Extract the zip file and just drop the contents in the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation. 2. Then activate the Plugin from Plugins page. 3. Add the shortcode [feedback_form] to any page or text widget you would like the form to appear 4.
