Instalacja
- Click Plugins/Add New from the WordPress admin panel.
- Search for „Scroll To” and install.

/wp-content/plugins/scroll-todirectory, - Activate the plugin through the „Plugins” screen in WordPress
Then the „Scroll To” block will be available in Insert Block section of the page editor.
