Real Estate Offers Importer for Otodom is a plugin for real estate agencies and WordPress site owners that imports offers from an XML file in the Otodom format.

Who is it for?
The plugin is designed for WordPress administrators who want to publish real estate offers on a company website, without manually rewriting data from CRM / Otodom exports.
How does it work?
- Prepare an XML file compatible with the Otodom specification (root tag
otoDom, list of offers inInsertions). - Go to Otodom Import XML in the WordPress dashboard.
- Optionally run the validation (dry run).
- Start the import and check the offers in the dashboard and on the website (archive at
/otodom/).

Instalacja
- Upload the
real-estate-offers-importer-for-otodomfolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory (or install the ZIP package via Plugins Add New Upload Plugin). - Activate the plugin in the Plugins menu.
- Go to Otodom Import XML.
- Upload the XML file from your computer or provide the path in the
wp-content/uploadsfield (e.g.,2026/03/export.xml). - Click Run Import and wait for the process to complete.
- After the first activation, it is recommended to save permalinks: Settings Permalinks Save Changes.

No. The version 1.0.0 creates a custom post type (CPT) based on XML-file and does not require any API connection for the import to function.
