For what it is, it works technically, other than you can’t see any projects in the back end unless you’re an admin. That bug aside, no other technical issues. However design wise it’s really odd and limited. The word „phases” is odd, and doesn’t make sense given what they are and the existence of milestones. Really phases should be called tasks, and task should be sub tasks. The main issue is nothing has due dates. A Project can have a start and stop, but that’s it. No milestone, phase, or task can have a due date. That pretty much makes it useless for tracking and accountability. Also missing are other common things like Status of things (like in work, pending, rejected, etc). Milestones are limited to 3 or 4 in a project, which is… well limiting. So while I only found one bug and nothing that technically prevented use, I just don’t see it as very useful the way it’s designed. Pity because it looks pretty good. So with a few basic common sense project management additions, which should be easy given the main framework is in place, this would be a really solid plugin. I could then see calendar, gant chart, and kanban being paid add on capabilities.

I am exploring the free version and am very happy with the functionality. The only thing I would recommend would be to reduce the pie charts in the phases or replace them with progress lines. Pie charts are nice, but take up a lot of space. Also under the heading – General Project Completion. The percentages (25%, 50%, 75%) are very high off the line. It might be worth putting them on the line itself so they don’t take up too much space. The plugin is very good. I hope that the plugin will continue to evolve.

Whether you have a small office or a large organization, a structured project management approach makes projects successful for a home event or an enterprise project. However, we rarely find simple and practical tools to implement without breaking a bank or breaking heads. Here is a tool that is versatile yet very simple on the pocket and brain. The name aptly suggests the functionality of the plugin. It enables a panoramic view of your projects, tasks, activities, clients, budgets, expenses, and even billing. A very easy-to-use plugin to track every minute aspect of a project, make people accountable, and drive results. A must-use tool for freelancers, project managers, startups, or any organization with two or more projects/clients. This plugin also has several beneficial and thoughtful extensions and blends seamlessly with Learndash, Buddy boss, gravity forms, and most importantly, woo commerce. You can also produce impressive Gantt charts, get notifications and even adjust project delays. As a lover of WordPress, I am proud that such plugins improve the overall value and respect of WordPress. Overall Functionality : 5 star Features : 5 star Extensibility: 5 star Price: 5 star Support: 5 star Value for money compared with other tools in the category: 7 stars. Note: This is not a paid review, and I have NO association whatsoever with the plugin owners. I am only interested in providing value to my clients and helping my WordPress community.

I have emailed them repeatedly regarding serious bugs in Panorama, and these have not been fixed FOR MONTHS. I am a paying customer, not impressed.

I started using this plugin a week ago to organize some large public works projects. So far it has been great. I like the flexibility when it come to the appearance and setting differing permissions for different user levels. Like any piece of software you didn’t write yourself, it’s not 100% perfect and does not do 100% of everything I desired 100% of the way I wanted. However, it does about 98% of what I wanted and after testing a lot of other project management plugins for WordPress, this one won hands down. I’ve sent a few support tickets and a feature request in and have so far gotten responses to any ticket in less than 4 hours. I’m impressed. I think my only quibble is it needs some project templating tools to speed up creating large, complicated projects. I have one that has 50+ phases each with a standard set of tasks; the ability to copy those tasks from phase to phase would have been a huge timesaver. At least it does have great autocomplete so I didn’t have to type out 300+ tasks. Bottom line, best project management plugin I’ve tried for WordPress and very reasonably priced.
