Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/npcink-pay-refund` directory, or install the release zip from the WordPress plugins screen. 2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress. 3. Open the plugin settings page from the Plugins screen. 4. Configure Alipay, WeChat Pay, and refund operator permissions. 5. Use Dashboard > Order Refund to query and refund eligible orders. Use the release zip generated by `composer build:zip` when installing from source.
