Go to **Plugins** → **Add New**. 2. Search for **Mopinion Feedback Form**. 3. Enter to **Search Plugin** field `Mopinion Feedback Form` and press Enter key. 4. Locate plugin **Mopinion Feedback Form** and click **Install Now** button. 5. After successfully installed plugin click link **Activate Plugin**. 6. Visit the **Settings** → **Mopinion Feedback Form**. **FTP procedure** 1. Unpack `mopinion-feedback-form.zip` 2. Testing all options including Mopinion’s WordPress Plugin. I needed a bit of time to find my way but it’s actually very nice to work with! I’m especially a big fan of designing and dashboarding parts. It’s neat and works smoothly. It’s giving me great feedback results so far which are nicely to dig into and giving met the opportunity to improve my website and the experience of the visitors. I just want to test a few other tools before I decide to get to the real thing with a license on the software. Also confusing interface. Had to go to their site to customize the plugin and I couldn’t figure out how to change anything about the form except when and how it showed up. It’s not a terrible plugin, just not what I was looking for and I don’t like when these plugins present themselves as being free and don’t tell you about the price tag till you’ve already installed it.
