No communication, they will ignore messages and reply whenever they feel like it, instead of sorting out your problem they question trying to make it seem like its your fault. just don't bother if you take your business serious or you will cry when they disconnect the products you have created. just use other platform. They never fix their problems, until you just decide to go elsewhere and start the process all over again, just terrible, they are a waste of time. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/697e77d26a8c0f85b96030d832b2d62e19975f454c50825d67d6944f084732ef? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Close but no cigar](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/close-but-no-cigar-13/)󠁿 [docmartinhk](https://profiles.wordpress.org/docmartinhk/) 2023-10-20 Well, even tho not updated for over a year and not tested with most recent WordPress versions, the plugin does work, to a fair extent: can Push a product to Woocommerce store, with things like product name, various images created by Inkedjoy, SKU[s], price. Not every product, maybe; just having trouble Pushing a t-shirt; not sure if there's a glitch due to all the sizes or something. Had success with some other products, like mugs, canvas prints, bags. Only simple pricing choice possible; basic price including shipping.- so not at all as sophisticated as Printful plugin, which allows for various shipping choices to multiple countries; and even transfers money to Printful for smoother order fulfilment. [With Inkedjoy, you get the money, then head to Inkedjoy to make the payment.] Inkedjoy gets strong reviews for customer support; has been my experience till this issue with t-shirt. Sample products I've received are good, and well packaged.Overall user friendliness/customer understanding could be boosted, however; including re "design another SKU" when no one is really designing and selling SKUs, but products/variants that have SKUs.Just wonder if there's enthusiasm for such improvements; also whether this plugin is becoming abandonware…… ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/e72016192c2aaec1864241bcba03757e606fc2c8a290849d7e6f5909645549d2? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[My go to POD Platform](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/my-go-to-pod-platform/)󠁿 [douglassmith](https://profiles.wordpress.org/douglassmith/) 2023-08-31 I've tried various POD platforms, but Inkedjoy has got a plethora of variations and the best part is their pricing, it's super competitive. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/9762d3c2e0f5546256edab029160b84cc882e31fd316d1b3bad13a55f339e355? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[i strongly recommend this POD plugin](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/i-strongly-recommend-this-pod-plugin/)󠁿 [inevee](https://profiles.wordpress.org/inevee/) 2022-07-12 Kaylee is the best person to ask when it comes to any questions about products. She has a keen eye for detail. I used this plugin on her recommendation. Using this plugin to make garments is a lot of fun since it seems authentic.
