This plugin helps update and/or customize hyperlinks in post content.

Please contact us at info@techmuzz.com if you find any bug or have recommendations
for any enhancements.

## Instalacja

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

e.g.

 1. Upload Plugin zip file to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
 2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins’ menu in WordPress
 3. After that Go to `Settings -> Custom Hyperlinks` page and set options as per your
    requirements.
 4. Confirm the preview of updated hyperlinks in `Preview and Apply` tab.
 5. Toggle the `Apply Changes` switch in the `Preview and Apply` tab.
 6. Click on `Save Changes` button to save and apply your changes.
