Set your weekly schedule on one screen, then drop a shortcode wherever you want the hours to appear: a page, a post, a sidebar or the footer. The open/closed badge updates automatically from the current time in your site’s timezone — no cron job, no external service, no API key. Perfect for restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, salons, barbers, clinics, dentists, gyms, garages and any local business with regular hours of operation. #### Why people pick it * **No setup beyond your hours** — one screen, seven rows, done. * **Two shortcodes, nothing else to learn** — a schedule table and a live badge. * **Your timezone, your time format** — 12h or 24h, taken straight from WordPress settings. * **Nothing loads where it isn’t used** — the stylesheet only enqueues on pages with a shortcode. * **Holiday hours and multiple locations** are available in the Pro version when a single weekly schedule is not enough. #### Key features * **Weekly schedule editor** — set opening and closing times for each day, or mark a day as closed. * **Live „Open now / Closed” badge** — automatically reflects the current time in your site’s timezone. * **Two simple shortcodes** — `[cheyytec_opening_hours]` for the full schedule,`[ cheyytec_open_now]` for the badge. * **Today is highlighted** in the schedule table so visitors spot it instantly. * **Uses your site’s time format** (12h or 24h) automatically. * **Lightweight** — the stylesheet loads only on pages that use a shortcode. * Works with the block editor, classic editor, widgets and most page builders. #### Pro version Need more? **Cheyytec Business Hours & Open Now Pro** adds: * **Multiple locations** — a separate schedule per branch, shown with `location ="slug"`. * **Holiday hours** — mark dates as closed or with special hours; the badge follows them. * **Open/closed content** — show any content only while open (or closed) with `[ cheyytec_when]`. * **Google schema** — LocalBusiness opening-hours JSON-LD for rich results. Upgrade from the plugin’s admin pages. #### How to use 1. Go to **Settings Business Hours** and enter your opening and closing times for each day. 2. Add the shortcode `[cheyytec_opening_hours]` to any page or post to show the weekly schedule. 3. Add `[cheyytec_open_now]` wherever you want the live open/closed badge. #### Shortcode options * `[cheyytec_opening_hours]` — the full weekly schedule, with today highlighted. * `[cheyytec_open_now]` — a badge showing „Open now” or „Closed”. * `[cheyytec_open_now open_text="We are open" closed_text="Sorry, we are closed"]`— customise the badge text. ## Instalacja 1. Special dates are a Pro feature. The free version handles the recurring weekly schedule, including days marked as closed. Pro lets you mark individual dates as closed or with different hours, and the open/closed badge follows them automatically. ### Can I show hours for more than one store or branch? The free version holds one weekly schedule. Pro adds multiple locations, each with its own schedule, selected with a `location="slug"` attribute on either shortcode. ### Where do I set my opening hours? After activating the plugin, go to **Settings Business Hours**. Enter an opening and closing time for each day, or tick „Closed” for days you are not open. ### How does the „Open now” badge know if I am open? It compares the current time — in your site’s timezone (Settings General) — against the schedule you set. No configuration needed beyond your hours. ### Which timezone is used? The badge and schedule use the timezone configured in **Settings General**, so make sure that is correct for your business. ### Can I change the badge wording? Yes. Use `[cheyytec_open_now open_text="We are open" closed_text="Come back later"]`. ### Does it work in a sidebar or footer? Yes. Add the shortcode to a Shortcode block in any widget area, or use it in a page or post. ## Recenzje Wtyczka nie ma jeszcze żadnej recenzji. ## Kontrybutorzy i deweloperzy „Cheyytec Business Hours & Open Now – Opening Hours Table and Open Closed Badge” jest oprogramowaniem open source.
