Change WooCommerce Authorship – Migrate WC Product Author Ownership

Not 5 stars because took me some time to find out, that only Administrators appear in the drop-down menu of the product-Author. Without this extra information not so easy as the plugin says. Once a new Administrator is used as author of a product, you can change the user to Editor (for security better) and the new user will still appear in the product-Author drop-down list.

Bro – thank you so much fahim for making this plugin, it does what it says it’ll do. Great! As a convenience, it would be cool to add the option to change the author in the page itself as opposed to editing in the „quick settings” only, but that’s me being spoiled. I greatly appreciate you creating this plugin!

This plugin delivers! I’m expanding my art site to other users and needed a way to give them authorship so the site can show their biographies, but products don’t allow you to assign authorship. Fixed it! Thank you!
