If it had an 'author is typing’ like Messenger it would be awesome. One other suggestion, be able to post images. The price was right so I purchased it. When I went to activate the smaller chat window it prompted me again to pay for premium to use that feature. There were no prompts or instructions on how to activate the premium feature after you have paid. I have sent emails and even opened a ticket on paypal but have yet to receive any response. There doesn’t seem to be any support available for this product. There is only one minor complaint which is that the plugin uses a currentuserinfo function that has been deprecated since WordPress 4.5. Until the plugin is updated, this can easily be fixed by replacing that function with wp_get_current_user.
